Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule and avoid any fees. If we arrive and the vehicle isn’t accessible or no one is present (“No Show”), a $40 fee or 25% of the service total (whichever is greater) will apply.
