Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid any fees. If we arrive and the vehicle isn’t accessible (a “No Show”), a $40 travel fee plus any applicable distance surcharge will apply. This helps us cover the time and travel costs for our team.
